Rider's Agreement

• Vehicle: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, 14-passenger capacity.
• Maximum occupancy is 14 passengers. This limit will be strictly enforced for safety and insurance compliance and may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
• Reservation details (date, pickup time, pickup/drop-off location, duration, and approved stops) will be confirmed in writing prior to the event.

Tipping is encouraged but not mandatory. 100% of tips go directly to the driver — the Company takes no portion of any gratuity. You may tip your driver in cash or via any electronic payment method the driver has available (such as Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or card).

• Base rate: $125/hour, with a minimum booking duration as agreed at time of reservation.
• A deposit of $100–$300 (amount based on total trip cost) is required to secure the reservation.
• The deposit is due no later than 24 hours before the scheduled trip and is non-refundable once paid.
• Remaining balance is due per the terms confirmed at booking.
• Payments are accepted via Stripe (all payment methods supported by Stripe are accepted).

Client is responsible for the full cost of any time exceeding the reserved rental period, billed at the standard rate of $125/hour (prorated for partial hours), payable at the end of the trip or charged to the payment method on file.

Exception: Client will not be charged overtime fees where the delay is caused by factors outside Client's reasonable control, including but not limited to inclement weather, road closures, or heavy traffic. The Company reserves the right to reasonably determine whether an overtime delay qualifies for this exception.

• Cancellation: All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of reason for cancellation.
• Rescheduling: Client may reschedule the reservation up to two (2) times without forfeiting the deposit or paying a new deposit, subject to availability of an alternate date/time. Any rescheduling beyond two occurrences may require a new deposit at the Company's discretion.

• Alcohol: BYOB is permitted for passengers of legal drinking age. Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania alcohol laws, including age verification of all riders consuming alcohol.
• Smoking/Vaping: Permitted onboard; however, any excess ash residue requiring extra cleaning will result in a $50 cleaning fee.
• Marijuana: Permitted where legally allowed. Excess ash/residue from smoking is subject to the same $50 cleaning fee noted above.
• Prohibited at all times: Weapons of any kind, illegal drugs, and any illegal substances. Violation may result in immediate trip termination without refund.
• Passenger limit: No more than 14 passengers may be in the vehicle at any time, with no exceptions (including standing through sunroofs/windows or riding outside the vehicle).

The driver reserves the right to immediately terminate the trip, without refund, if any passenger:

• Makes direct threats of violence against the driver or another passenger (e.g., stated intent to attack), or
• Actively engages in physical fighting within the vehicle.

In such cases, the vehicle may be required to stop and unload passengers at a safe, legal location, and no portion of the rental fee will be refunded.

Client is financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by Client or Client's guests, including but not limited to:

Additional damages beyond those listed above will be assessed and billed at the Company's reasonable discretion based on actual repair/cleaning cost.

Client will provide a specified pickup and drop-off location at time of booking. Multiple stops in between are permitted at approved locations, with no fixed limit on the duration of each stop, provided the total trip remains within the reserved rental period (subject to Section 3, Overtime Fees).

Any trip traveling outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will incur an additional $100 surcharge to cover the vehicle's fuel and toll costs for interstate travel. This surcharge is assessed per trip, in addition to the standard hourly rate and any applicable overtime fees.

• The vehicle is fully insured in accordance with applicable Pennsylvania requirements.
• The Company assumes no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from passenger misuse of the vehicle, violation of this Agreement, or conduct of Client or Client's guests.
• Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VIP Comfort Rides LLC, its owners, and its drivers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Client's or Client's guests' conduct during the rental period.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Pennsylvania.

By submitting payment of the deposit and/or boarding the vehicle, Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Rider's Agreement, including all fees, policies, and liability terms described above.
